Welcome to Address USA. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Address USA provides Canadian customers with a convenient U.S. shipping address, package receiving, mail and parcel holding, and short-term storage. We also offer:

  • Forklift and loading bay access for oversized shipments (appliances, tires, equipment, etc.)
  • Grocery and general retail items
  • Mailbox rental services
  • After-hours package pickup (by request)

2. Package Pickup Policy

We kindly ask that all packages be picked up within 90 days of delivery.

  • Packages left unclaimed for over 90 days may be disposed of without notice, unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • If you need extra time, please contact us to make special arrangements.

3. After-Hours Pickup

Need flexibility? After-hours pickup is available for packages only (no mail) by advance request for a $10 fee.

  • Please give us notice in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

4. Liability Disclaimer

While we take every precaution to handle your shipments with care:

  • Address USA is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during shipping or after delivery to our facility.
  • Responsibility for ensuring safe delivery lies with the shipper or carrier you’ve selected.

5. Authorized Pickup

Thinking about picking up a package for someone else?

  • Make sure you bring the proper documentation.
  • You’ll need a letter of authorization when returning to Canada with someone else’s item.

6. Storage of Oversized Items

Oversized shipments such as pallets, equipment, or appliances may be stored on-site for a limited time.

Please contact us before your shipment arrives to discuss space availability and storage terms.

7. Compliance with Border Regulations

It is your responsibility to comply with all Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) regulations when returning across the border.

Address USA does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for any customs-related issues or delays.
