After 90 days, unclaimed packages may be disposed of unless you’ve made special arrangements with us. Please pick up all packages within 90 days of delivery.
After-Hours Pickup
Need a little flexibility? After-hours pickup for packages only is available upon request for a $10 fee. Let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Authorization Letter
Thinking about bringing back a package for a friend or family member? You will need to make sure you have proper documentation to allow you to bring the package back across the border for someone else. Click on the link provided to print a copy of a letter of authorization, which will help the process when returning to Canada.
Shipping Requests and Fulfillment
We can forward packages to you or to family and friends for $10 per package, plus shipping charges. Tracking is included in the shipping charges. Duties and customs charges are not included. Package fulfillment is also available by custom quote.
