I was very glad when I heard that this service was being offered so close to home. I live in Magrath, so it is only a short drive of just over 30 miles (48 km) to have the convenience of ordering items from the States. There is so much that is not available in Canada or has a higher cost to ship to Canada, that sending it to the border helps save me so much. What are your hours of operation? +
Address USA is open from Tuesday through Friday, 9am-4:30pm. Can I pick up packages for other people/ Have someone else pick up a package for me? +
Yes, However we need an email from the package recipient giving permission for someone else to pick up said package and the border will ask that you fill out a letter of authorization. You can find this form on our website under the resource tab. -
When does the Mail/ FedEx/ UPS Arrive? +
The Mail and FedEx Ground are usually delivered before 3:00 pm, UPS typically arrives between 4:30 and 5:00 pm, but occasionally arrives after business hours. FedEx Express can arrive at anytime during the day.
