I have tried other services and Address USA is the best. They are friendly, helpful and organized. Their building is clean and inviting. I love that I can even pick up a few groceries and American goodies while I am there. I do 95% of my Christmas and other shopping online and pick it up at Address USA. By doing this it saves me not only large amounts of money but also time. I have not gone to a mall for Christmas shopping since Address USA opened which saves me from hours of tedious searching for the perfect gift!

I was very glad when I heard that this service was being offered so close to home. I live in Magrath, so it is only a short drive of just over 30 miles (48 km) to have the convenience of ordering items from the States. There is so much that is not available in Canada or has a higher cost to ship to Canada, that sending it to the border helps save me so much. I am also glad there are some grocery items available, which are even more expensive or unavailable in Canada. Thanks, Brandon & others for this great service. Please continue to keep it going!

What are your hours of operation? +
Address USA is open from Tuesday through Friday, 9am-4:30pm. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays.We will be OPEN the following extra days in December:Mondays: 11th and 18th, Saturdays: 16th and 23rd. How much does it cost to sign up for a suite number? +
Its FREE!
Can I pick up packages for other people/ Have someone else pick up a package for me? +
Yes, However we need an email from the package recipient giving permission for someone else to pick up said package and the border will ask that you fill out a letter of authorization. You can find this form on our website under the resource tab.
When does the Mail/ FedEx/ UPS Arrive? +
The Mail and FedEx Ground are usually delivered before 3:00 pm, UPS typically arrives between 4:30 and 5:00 pm, but occasionally arrives after business hours. FedEx Express can arrive at anytime during the day.
